Saturday night at Mpilo Boutique Hotel marked the perfect close to an extraordinary launch weekend for the Boitumelo Rabale Foundation.

Joined by HRH Prince Lerotholi Seeiso, Hon. Motlatsi Maqelepo, and a wonderful gathering of distinguished guests and foundation supporters, we sat together, celebrated together, and recommitted to the mission that brought us all into the same room.

This is a remind that the Boitumelo Rabale Foundation is not just an organisation, it is a movement, built on the love and support of an incredible community. 🙏

On Saturday, Bambatha Tsita Sports Arena became the stage for one of the most memorable moments in the inaugural Botho Cup — a Legends Exhibition Match that brought together football icons, government leaders, royalty, and entertainers in one unforgettable afternoon.

Taking to the pitch were some truly remarkable names:

The match saw Rabale XI take on Botho All Stars, and what a contest it was. Goals, drama, and plenty of entertainment for the fans, with Rabale XI emerging victorious 5–4. 🏆

But beyond the scoreline, this match captured something far greater, the power of football to unite leaders, legends, entertainers, and communities around a single purpose.

Through the Boitumelo Rabale Foundation, the Botho Cup will continue to champion the empowerment of girls and young women through sport, education, and opportunity. 💛

The Inaugural Queen Rabale Legacy Cup 🏆 ⚽

As part of the official launch of the Boitumelo Rabale Foundation, we are proud to say that the inauguralQueen Rabale Legacy Cup has been and gone, and what a tournament it was.

Held over Friday and Saturday at Bambatha Tsita Sports Arena, the competition brought together some of Lesotho's finest young female footballers in a celebration of sport, community, and purpose.

We were deeply honoured by the presence of HRH Prince Lerotholi of Lesotho, whose attendance spoke volumes about the significance of this initiative and the mission behind it.

TheQueen Rabale Legacy Cup is more than a tournament. It is a platform, to empower young girls and women through sport, create educational opportunities, champion youth empowerment, and raise awareness against gender-based violence.
