Today, the National University of Lesotho Confucius Institute of Agriculture celebrated the joint commemoration of the Independence Day of the People’s Republic of China and the Kingdom of Lesotho.

We are all products of our childhood upbringing and experiences and if it was filled with experiences like parental neglect and abandonment, rejection, sexual, verbal, physical and emotional abuse, loss of a loved one, accident, growing up in a broken or dysfunctional home, lack of love etc then the need for healing is non-negotiable because trauma affects our thoughts, emotions, perceptions, responses and behaviours as we age in life.

Healing brings emotional wholeness.
