Children with cerebral palsy may struggle with movement, specifically walking and sitting on their own. A mobility device such as a Shonna buggy can help some children with cerebral palsy gain greater independence and sit comfortably on the Buggy Chair...
Not all of them qualify for Normal wheelchairs..infact most need MADIBA /SHONA BUGGY because it supports the whole body of a child.

High Level Launch of 16 days of Activism Against Gender Base Violence..
"GBV affects us all and we need to stand against it at all costs" said Minister of Gender Hon.Pitso Lesaoana on his Official Launch Statement today at Setsoto stadium.
Mo-rate as a member of women in Associations was not an exeption from the side of children and parents who are directly affected by GBV.
Lets report Abuse of children living with disabilities and their parents..Signs are there please dont ignore them.π©π©π©

On behalf of Mo-rate CPA Lesotho and Cerebral Palsy trust fund ,the Founder of the Association Miss Itumeleng Mohasi received an office furniture and First Aid kits from πͺπΊ European union on the 4th of November 2022.
Speaking on behalf of the office EU Project manager applauded both the Association and trust fund for caring for children with disabilities especially those affected by Cerebral Palsy.
She said she believe that the affected will benefit from this gift and that the team should continue raising awareness and taking care of children with special needs bt above all LOVE AND PATIENCE towards such individuals should speak louder in their actions.
Adv Machai Dlamini During the interview showed her gratitude for the gifts received and said its going to be of help for each and every child who lives with Cerebral Palsy especially those in rural areas whose parents cannot afford to be full members of the Association.

We have been honoured to be part of women in Associations collaboration against Gender based violence today at She Hive offices ..A lot has been discussed about how GBV affect us all as individuals and community as a whole..
The Founder of She hive Association Lesotho Mrs Phomane in our meeting today elaborated more about what GBV is and what can be done to continue raising awareness about it...
Children with disabilities are not excluded to this topic hence good to talk about it and make people aware that we are all affected by GBV and we should speak up to put a STOP to it.
as we launch 16 Days of activism Against Gender base violence....

Parents often hear that their child has a delay of movement skills long before they have access to the services that could help their child.
Sometimes, even when their baby is receiving services, the focus is so much on what their child is doing or should be doing, that parents do not feel they can make changes happen for their baby on their own. 3 for the under 3 aims to change this status quo, by empowering parents who have been told their child may have movement delays in the present or the future.
3 for the under 3 is a NEW research study that is completely online through private, social media groups so parents can be access from your phone or tablet. Parents will take part in a series of 9 interactive sessions with daily nuggets of content and fun things to do with their babies. They will learn how to help their child's movement skills progress and learn safe ways to practice that do not add too much work or time to your busy days.

The day meant to celebrate the Cerebral palsy individuals and their families
We celebrate the fact that they are still holding on through out the challenges and complication along the journey.
We celebrate the fact that they are still sane and able to carry on with the journey.
We celebrate the fact that they carry the pain of tiredness from sleepless nights but they still continue with the journey...the list is endless SO we have millions reasons to celebrate this day to the fullest.
We take this moment to comfort CP mamas who lost their warriors between October 6 2021 and October 9 2022; we love you and once a CP mama you shall always be.
Lets all hold on to our journey and continue accepting support at all levels and within us.
If you have had a moment to offer support to a CP individual or family; We thank you and may you be blessed more and more to come back and offer even more endless support.

Some children with cerebral palsy also have autism, hydrocephalus, epilepsy, microcephaly, difficulty swallowing, respiratory issues, constipation, poor nutrition, ADHD and other conditions I have not mentioned.
All these conditions do not take away the right to love of any person living with these conditions.
Every child has the right to be loved and natured.
Cerebral palsy is not in anyway contagious...IT'S OCTOBER AND TIME OF RAISING AWARENESS ABOUT PEOPLE LIVING WITH CEREBRAL DISABILITIES...JUST COMMENT WITH πππ TO SHOW SOME LOVE & SUPPORT TO CP WORRIORS.
