【My Hand-Rolled Little Tea Rod】 先日参加させていただいたワークショップ「和紅茶をつくろう」 at つむぎ庵さん。その時にちょっと脱線して、オマージュとして作ってみたお茶を恐る恐る(?)飲んでみました。人に飲んでもらえるものではないけれど、自己責任で飲める笑。そして、これをコンスタントに作るアンバ茶園、フォレストヒル、カレイティーの凄さも再認識です。 The other day, I participated in a workshop titled 'Let's Make Japanese Black Tea.' I tried making ”Little Tea Rod”—Homage to Amba Estate, Forest Hill Tea and Kaley Tea. I am not saying it was a success, but drinkable, at least. So I drank at my own risk!
