UPDATE!
Just wanted to take a little time really as I know my communication has been off and it’s been a little harder than normal to get in contact with me recently…

People who know me, who come in to the clinic know what a two years I’ve had… I’m not gonna lie there’s been many of times that I have sat and wondered if I wanted to even go into work. My heart has ached on and off so many times over the last few years and my mental health has felt like it’s took a real blow. I have always looked on the bright side of life and give life my all with a huge smile on my face and though at times it’s been very testing and often I have considered if I deserve this, I am still here giving my everything.

This message isn’t all doom and gloom i look at this picture and I see a smile I put on my face every day! I know that I have amazing people around me supporting me but though I look happy a lot of the time it has been a real struggle, but that’s ok, I’ve accepted that sometimes there are down days and up days and there are reasons why things happen!

Things are going to challenge you and make you feel like life is hard but you have to pick up, be strong and keep fighting! After seeing the one I love conquer one scary diagnosis then having my beautiful nana pass away from another one I begin to wonder why! That is an answer I will never have but I know I’m not the only one! There are other people that feel the same that get up and go to work everyday and try to make a positive difference to someone’s life. Strength is there and the fight is real!

I just want to take a minute to thank you all for being there for the hugs, the chats, the support that you have given me and I hope you feel that also when you step in to my clinic. Know you are never just a client for me you are a friend, you are support for a small business, you are appreciated and I’m entirely grateful for each of you who come in and brighten my day! ❤️

The clinic is closed today apologies for the inconvenience - all appointments have been cancelled and I will be in touch. Unfortunately we lost my beautiful Nana this morning and I am taking some time with my family. God bless Nana love you always. ❤️

Finally clinic doors are on, painting and decorating done and my bed is now fixed! 🎉 Yay! However, my shoulder is still not right 3 out of 4 ain’t bad!
Apologies to people that have been cancelled due to bed and shoulder I will keep you updated! Thanks for your patience. 🤞 doing my exercises so here’s hoping on the mend! On the bright side the clinic looks great and I’m very happy with it! 😁

This person came to me with a previous fractured humerus, a severe loss of movement and scapula weakness. Post op, 8 months and struggling to regain any mobility.
