*Document Controller*

Job Description
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation to ensure accuracy, version control, and compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents.
Maintain a structured filing and document control system (both digital and hard copy).
Ensure proper version control for drawings, technical submittals, and correspondence.
Coordinate with engineers, site teams, consultants, and clients for document flow.
Track document status including submissions, approvals, and revisions.
Prepare transmittals and document reports.
Ensure confidentiality and security of project documents.
Archive completed project documents according to company procedures.
Support audits by providing accurate and organized documentation records.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a related document control or administrative role, preferably within construction or engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of document management systems (DMS).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
close attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

*Job Description*
HSE Engineer Needed for Cairo

About the Job:

• Provision of the advice and guidance on HSE standards and legislations.

• Promoting a positive HSE culture.

• Advising management on accident prevention.

• Overseeing the development of adequate risk assessments.

• Identifying training needs and keep training records.

• Determine the cause of any accident (or dangerous occurrence), and recommend means of preventing recurrence of such an incident.

• Supervise the recording and analysis of information on injuries, damage and production loss. Assess accident trends and review overall safety performance.

• Inspect the work site daily to report and correct unsafe methods and conditions

• Keep a permanent record of all environmental incidents, injuries, fires, sever car accidents and property damage which have occurred at the site.



HSE Engineer / Supervisor:

Advise management on the following:

• Ways to prevent injury to personnel, damage to plant and/or equipment and fires.

• Ways to improve existing work methods.

• Potential hazards on site before work starts and on the safety organization and fire precautions required.

• Carry out site surveys to see that only safe work methods are in operation, that health and safety requirements are being observed, and welfare and first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained.

• Stop any unsafe acts and report at his / her earliest convenient.

• Set a personal example.

Job Requirements
• 5_7 years field experience
• English in the MUST
• OSHA certified is a must
• Preferred Cairo Residents
