Architectural Designer (Code: COD-N01):
• 3–6 years of professional experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work
• Ability to lead and inspire a design team
• Experience in client interaction and delivering tailored solutions
• Skilled in concept development, mood boards, and material selection
• Advanced proficiency in 3Ds Max (Corona / V-Ray) & Photoshop
Junior Architect (Code: COD-N02):
• 1–3 years of experience in architecture/interior design
• Support in design development, drawings, and documentation
• Exposure to concept, schematic, and detailed design phases
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Corona Render & Photoshop
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering
• Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills
• Full understanding of rendering and post-production workflows
• Ability to manage projects from concept to documentation
• Creative use of materials, lighting, and presentation techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset
