CMHA YouthSMART (Youth Supporting Mental Health and Resiliency Together), provides mental health education, proven to generate an awareness of mental health topics, combat stigma, and encourage appropriate help seeking behaviours amongst Calgary and area youth.
These free workshops are open to youth 11-25 years old.
Snacks will be provided!

A tutor will be available on June 2nd, 3rd, 10th, & 11th from 4:00–6:00pm, so feel free to drop in on any of those days.

With exam season right around the corner, this is a great chance to level up your skills, build confidence, and get the support you need to feel ready and prepared. Come get ahead, clear up tricky topics, and walk into exams feeling confident and prepared to do your best.

This position is open to all youth aged 11 to 26 in Wheatland County and Siksika Nation. The position will run from July 2026 to June 2027.
