Acreage homes often lean rustic or mountain modern, which can be beautiful, but for this one, the client wanted something bold and gave us the freedom to explore.
So we did.
This home went in a different direction, and I think that is what makes it so interesting. It feels modern, confident, and really tailored to both the client and the property.✨
One of the best parts of custom home design is getting to create something that does not feel cookie-cutter.

This 5,244 sq ft custom home is about to start construction in one of our favourite Calgary neighborhoods... Upper Mount Royal.
This home was designed to fully maximize the expansive 13,200 sq ft corner site. We re-addressed the property to the side yard to take advantage of the beautiful tree-lined street and give the home much stronger street presence.
What you can’t see in this image is one of the best parts! A private courtyard for the family. With a large outdoor entertaining area, outdoor kitchen, pool, and hot tub.
And for the car lover...a 1,102 sq ft garage with 4-car parking is a dream. 🥰
