In our Warm-Up Workshop, we’ll show you how to effectively prime your joints—focusing on the shoulders, hips, and spine—so your body is ready to move well from the very first swing. With just 10 minutes on the range, you can prepare both physically and mentally to play with more freedom, consistency, and confidence.
You’ll also receive access to a guided video series to help you refine your technique and build a clear, repeatable warm-up routine every time you practice or play.

Deep hip strength and control are crucial for both generating and transferring power in the golf swing. The Kickstand Deadlift with Internal Rotation is a great exercise to help isolate deep hip rotation while also building hip extension strength and power.
Start with slow, controlled movement to build awareness, control, and strength in the deep hip rotators. Once you can control the movement well, gradually progress into more speed and power. This progression helps your body learn to control rotation, produce force, and transfer energy more effectively into the golf swing.
Train the body. Transfer to the swing.

Before chasing more upper or lower body rotation, we must first regain control of the spine’s fundamental motions: flexion and extension.
If the spine can’t move well into flexion and extension with control, it won’t rotate effectively — and forcing rotation on a spine that lacks segmental control increases injury risk.
The progression should look like this:
1️⃣ Regain control of spinal flexion and extension
2️⃣ Slowly build controlled rotation of the pelvis and torso
3️⃣ Prime flexion and extension before speed and power work
Rotation is built on good segmental movement.
Power is built on good rotation.
When you prime your spine with flexion and extension before rotational or speed training, you:
✔️ Decrease your risk of injury
✔️ Improve swing technique
✔️ Maximize speed and power potential
