We just had a very successful first week of Family Viewing Day’s for our Kindergarten classes who are participating in Swimming lessons and Gymnastics sessions!

Thank you to all our Kindergarten families who prepared their children at home for their activities and sent swim and gym gear with them! And thank you to all those families who were able to join us in person! There were huge smiles all round as our students showed off what they have been learning!

Also, a big shout out to the staff at Genesis Place Aquatics in Airdrie and Airdrie Gymnastics Club for designing programs for our students! Please see below for the upcoming Family Viewing Days for your school

Occupational Therapy!🧩
Even simple toys can lead to positive and educational peer interactions. Adults can model a variety of skills that teach problem solving, expression of empathy, and an awareness of others. Here OTA Mary-Jo engaging two young kids in a simple stacking game. Both of these children are working together and problem solving an activity together. Developing self-control and turn taking!⚙️

The Ramadan lantern—also called a ‘Fanoos’ (Fanous)—is a bright, colorful hanging lamp seen throughout the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. The lantern is a well-known tradition in the Islamic world. People wear it to reflect the light, goodness and joy associated with Ramadan.
