Verandas that get year-round use are much less about square footage, and far more about positioning.

Here, the covered roofline and protected edge create a comfortable haven—mitigating wind, filtering high summer sun, and allowing the space to be enjoyed well beyond traditional patio season. The deck wraps around 3 sides of the home, capturing morning and afternoon sun exposure along the north and south runs, bringing warmth in cooler times of the day while shielding the heat at peak hours.

Timber overhead brings the feeling of enclosure and warmth, while still allowing the lines between surrounding nature to be blurred. Add a pass-through bar with direct access to the interior, and the threshold disappears—turning the veranda into an everyday room with a mountain backdrop that’s always worth admiring.

This lakeside cottage was designed as a cohesive whole—starting with the exterior material story and carrying that same intention all the way through the interiors.

The exterior material choices were made to belong to the shoreline—a robust stone base to ground the home, standing up to moisture and seasonal weathering; warm timber detailing to echo the surrounding forest; and crisp rooflines and trim that keep the architecture feeling refined against the landscape.

A waterfront build asks for materials that perform—and a design approach that respects the setting.

Showhome season is officially underway—and with it comes a very specific kind of momentum.

Behind every finished home stage is elaborate concept planning and high-paced installation processes. Through careful ex*****on, these homes ultimately appear effortless to the builder’s clients. From material selections to site walks, we ensure the process runs smooth and cohesive with a foolproof design plan from the beginning.

For our builder partners, this is where sales support becomes tangible. A showhome gives clients clarity—a chance to see how spaces function, how furnishings fit, and how life could feel inside the walls of the home.

At the end of every installation, we take pride knowing we delivered spaces that feel complete—ones even we can enjoy and celebrate as a team.

This space utilizes natural materials and restraint—flaunting an upscale feel with minimal enhancements.

The most inviting bathrooms aren’t always the most ornate; they’re the most considered. This shower uses natural stone for a grounding effect, providing texture and permanence while wrapping the shower in a warm, spa-like atmosphere. Simple but quality wood accents introduce softness and depth, developing a material language that feels deeply considered and balanced.

The supporting details are equally intentional: a handheld shower set with minimal hardware, a sliding barn door that saves swing space while adding a crafted, cabin-inspired note... Each element selected was not intended for embellishment, but for contribution to the room’s experience and function.

A clean kitchen with ample storage will always provide refreshing and motivating energy.

We reworked this space to prioritize clarity—bright surfaces that carry light throughout the room, a crisp backsplash that keeps the design quiet, and warm wood millwork that adds depth without visual heaviness.

Full-height cabinetry keeps the visual line tidy, while crisp whites keep the average-sized area feeling spacious and energetic. Generous storage provides options and neatness, keeping the countertops clean and available. By crafting a careful material balance, the space becomes both highly functional and quietly refined.

This facade is all about material integrity among creek-side and mountain conditions.

In an alpine environment, the exterior must balance beauty with performance. The material palette reflects a quiet continuity with the landscape, while responding thoughtfully to harsh seasonal shifts.

Masonry anchors the home with a resilient, low-maintenance surface where protection from moisture and weathering is most critical. Layered overhangs and carefully integrated detailing further protect the cladding, creating an exterior that feels both enduring and refined.

This home holds a good reminder that “simple” outdoor spaces are often the most technically considered.

A successful outdoor space doesn’t rely on excessive additions—it relies on better relationships. Here, the pool, terrace, and rooms are aligned so sightlines remain clear and the landscape stays present. But it’s not just about the view—it’s the features that make sense with our everyday routines, from morning coffee to late evenings. This exterior, done by , is the perfect example of the kind of sympathetic architecture we love to collaborate our interiors with.

When we consider design functionality for two conditions—daylight clarity and nighttime intimacy— the space performs beautifully no matter the hour. This careful combination of site acknowledgment and time consideration creates a seamless design, effortlessly apparent from every end of the property, at any time of the day.

Home is where Fridays feel complete.

At the end of a long work week, the majority of us look for relaxation in a place that can recharge and energize us for a weekend of enjoyment. Whether it’s cooking dinner with loved ones, having a cool drink on a patio, or laying low for a movie marathon, it’s important to have a space that feeds the soul effortlessly.

When we design homes, our primary focus is on your lifestyle. How a space feels and functions is ultimately up to the client’s needs and habits. Providing a variety of spaces that refuel and refresh is what makes a home feel truly unique and made for you. It’s a feeling that can’t be replicated, when you finally walk through the door at the end of a long day—where wine and whimsy come easy.
