The details make the design. In this sleek master bedroom we utilized carefully placed millwork details to conceal the door to the mast closet. This gave the room an expansive, uninterrupted headboard wall that is a true showstopper. Simple, clean and sleek.

Because good design SELLS!!! We were elated to hear when this beautiful modern farmhouse infill sold within two weeks of hitting the market. In an uncertain market it is more important then ever to be thoughtful and intentional with design. We are so excited for the new family who will get to call this gorgeous kitchen home!

Designing a home when a client has strong likes and dislikes can be a really fun challenge. It is similar to solving a puzzle without seeing a picture of what it should look like. With this renovatio our client asked for bold color and warmth (no stark whites or cool grey), they wanted texture but nothing shiny and finally they preferred things to have a natural/lived in/imperfect feel. The end result was a space that suited the clients perfectly and honoured their wish list but also pushed their comfort level in terms of design just enough!

Growing up together like their mamas 💙💙 who knew when we were raiding your mom’s snack drawer after school that we’d be raising our kiddos together one day!

Same same but different! These gorgeous side by sides have almost the same exterior but totally different color/finish palettes. It’s amazing how finishes can change the overall aesthetic.
