A Provencal Lamb Feast at Le Foote. The candlelit Cencio Dining Room invites you to a five-course celebration of Hampshire Down lamb from Kinross Station - a rare heritage breed that proves the remarkable depth of Australian lamb.
Curated by Swillhouse Culinary Director Brendan Fong, each dish showcases a thoughtful selection of cuts: belly, ribs, saddle, and sweetbreads, cooked in Le Foote’s signature French-bistro style over the Josper grill, paired with a handpicked selection of Australian and European wines.
More than just incredible dishes this dinner is a chance to hero the Two Good Co. and their Work Work initiative, empowering women who’ve experienced homelessness, domestic violence, and complex trauma with meaningful hospitality careers. On the night, two talented chefs from the program will serve a dish they created alongside Brendan, while learning whole-animal butchery from Kinross Station’s ambassador butcher.
A rare breed. A forgotten craft. A night that puts lamb back where it belongs and showcases the life-changing work of Two Good Co.
Limited seats. Reserve now.
Le Foote Burger. Charcoal-grilled Wagyu, cheese, pickles and burger sauce. Happy Hour 4–6pm daily, walk in only.
