In honour of Sir ’s 100th birthday, we take a look back at our ‘Our Planet’ trailer — one of the cocktails on our ‘Showtime’ cocktail menu (and some behind the scenes of carrying a very heavy trolley into the dessert).
Sweeping landscapes told in three parts — the ocean, the forest, the desert — like a trilogy narrated by Attenborough himself. Each martini reframes the classic: Ocean brings crisp vodka, fino sherry and samphire brine; Forest adds cacao butter, mushroom distillate and cypress bitters; Desert softens with camel milk and orange bitters. Three martinis, one story.
Sip with us tonight in honour of his birthday.
