Back in 2005, we travelled to the past—Victorian style || Students experienced a day in the life of a 19th-century classroom. From dressing in period outfits, learning the strict classroom rules to practicing handwriting on chalkboards and using quill and ink, it was a history lesson like no other. Who else remembers trying to write neatly with a dip pen?

College Life || The TSAC musical came to life on Friday and Saturday nights to packed auditoriums at the Ipswich Civic Centre.
This year’s production was Beauty and the Beast - a fairy tale about a kind young woman named Belle who offers to live with a fearsome Beast in his castle to save her father. Over time, she discovers the Beast’s inner kindness, breaking a magical curse that transforms him into a prince and proving that true beauty lies within.
Bravo to our incredible cast, crew, and orchestra for a performance that was nothing short of enchanted! Your teamwork, determination, and focus turned every moment into magic, and the joy you brought to the stage was simply incredible. You proved that when everyone works together, something truly beautiful can unfold. Be our guests in celebrating an unforgettable achievement!

TSAC Alumna (Class of 2013) || From wearing the green & gold to lifting the next generation at Little Athletics Queensland, TSAC alumna Larissa Chambers is building a career driven by purpose, confidence and heart.
After representing Australia at the World Junior Championships in Oregon, USA, in the 100m and 4x100m, Larissa learned her greatest wins weren’t just on the track, but in backing herself, embracing independence, and stepping into new challenges.
Inspired by sporting greats and grounded by family support, she’s now making an impact in Indigenous health and community sport, believing that even reaching one young person can change a life.
Her message to students?
Celebrate the small wins and don’t let anyone dull your moment!

TSAC in 2015 || Opening of the Creative Arts Precinct now proudly known as the Corymbia Building, this space was officially opened on May 15 2015 by special guests Kate Jones, Minister for Education, and legendary Australian jazz musician James Morrison. The day was filled with energy, talent, and celebration — from incredible dance and choir performances to the unforgettable moment James Morrison joined our students on trumpet for the national anthem! 🎺

This space has since become a vibrant hub for creativity and expression — and it all began with that inspiring day.
