We are a private practice physiotherapy clinic with expertise in management of a variety of conditions:
- Sports injuries
- Back and neck pain

- Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation (using a Real Time Ultrasound Imaging machine)
In addition to the above we also provide:
- Hydrotherapy sessions at a local pool facility

Having ‘good’ posture doesn't prevent back pain, and 'bad' posture doesn't cause it We’ve all been told our whole lives we need ‘good’ posture: sit up straight, stand straight with shoulders back, and lift by bending the knees. It turns out there’s really no evidence for that advice.
