🚨POP UP INCOMING🚨

This will be a special one for me. A fair few people have asked about Dad’s hawker stall in Singapore. A humble stall handed down from my late grandparents to my Dad and his siblings which has provided for our families. A stall that has fed Singapore’s Prime minister to the everyday man. A stall where I spent most of my weekends helping out during my teenage years. A stall where unbeknownst to me at that time, was to be the building blocks of Phat Rice.

My folks will be down in Perth in the coming week so this pop up will be a tribute to them. We will be selling exactly what they sell in Singapore. No frills, no nonsense. This will be your chance to try their food as the hawker centre in Singapore will be closed until after Christmas for renovations (also because Singapore is a 5 hour flight away 😂)

📍Tips:

1. BYO camp chair and esky. We are only allowed 20 seats from the city, but heaps of space around the shop. You’ll be way more comfortable in line sitting with a drink in hand as you wait.

2. Every order is packed take away by default, but BBQ is always best eaten fresh. Stay and tail gate!

3. There may be a wait. At open expect possibly 30+ minutes wait in line when we open, and easing . Fastest is towards the end of the pickup window.

4. There are no cancellations. Make sure you can attend in the pickup time.

5. No walkup orders.
