10 days into The Push-Up Challenge and feeling strong! 💪
For many of our people, being away from home is part of the job. That distance, and everything that comes with it, is why mental health support matters so much across our industry.
This month, almost 100 Linkforce employees are taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, completing daily targets linked to mental health facts and statistics to help raise awareness and funds for mental health charities.
So far, we’ve completed 69,012 push ups and raised $10,095 👏

Great outcomes are built by great teams.
Linkforce’s Living Our Values initiative recognises the people who go above and beyond. Built on peer nominations, it celebrates the everyday actions that bring our values to life.
Lucas, Martin and Michael were recently recognised for their determination on a challenging job. Their collaboration and focus on doing the job right helped deliver a safe outcome and generated several continuous improvement ideas that are already being taken forward.
Congratulations, Lucas, Martin and Michael 👏

Ready to flex some muscles?
The Push-Up Challenge is back for 2026! Linkforce will be joining hundreds of thousands of Australians completing push-ups to raise funds and awareness for mental health, with all funds supporting Lifeline.
As part of the FIFO industry, this is a cause that hits close to home. We are proud to have supported it over the past few years and to be getting behind it again.
Last year over 100 team members participated across 10 teams, resulting in a total of 174,620 push ups and $13,247 raised for Lifeline 💪

In the early days of the Leonora workshop, one of our most loyal team members arrived without a resume 🐾
Around eight years ago, Buddy wandered into the new Goldfields yard and quickly made himself at home. Adopted by the workshop crew, he became a much-loved part of the team.
Officially, Buddy was in charge of yard security. Unofficially, he kept morale high, greeted everyone each morning and made sure no one ate lunch alone.
Although Buddy is no longer with us, he’s still remembered for his energy, loyalty and the impact he had on everyone he met.
A true four-legged legend of Leonora 🐶

This one goes out to Masiu 👏
Linkforce’s Living Our Values initiative recognises the people who show up and go the extra mile. Running since 2023, it’s built on peer nominations, shining a light on the behaviours that shape our culture day to day.
Masiu, one of our scaffolders, recently received multiple nominations from his crew. When site requirements shifted mid-shutdown, he stayed calm, supported his team and kept sharing his knowledge at every step.
The result was a safe shutdown and high-quality work delivered under pressure, a clear example of our value of Determination in action.
Congrats Masiu!

Last week, Larissa and Lihandra from our Recruitment team attended the CBC Fremantle Careers Day, chatting with students about trades, career pathways and what working in the resources industry can really look like.
Connecting with the next generation early is something we value, and it was great to see so many students curious about what our industry has to offer.
Thanks to CBC Fremantle for having us! We look forward to seeing some of those faces again in the years ahead.
