In the early days of the Leonora workshop, one of our most loyal team members arrived without a resume 🐾
Around eight years ago, Buddy wandered into the new Goldfields yard and quickly made himself at home. Adopted by the workshop crew, he became a much-loved part of the team.
Officially, Buddy was in charge of yard security. Unofficially, he kept morale high, greeted everyone each morning and made sure no one ate lunch alone.
Although Buddy is no longer with us, he’s still remembered for his energy, loyalty and the impact he had on everyone he met.
A true four-legged legend of Leonora 🐶

This one goes out to Masiu 👏
Linkforce’s Living Our Values initiative recognises the people who show up and go the extra mile. Running since 2023, it’s built on peer nominations, shining a light on the behaviours that shape our culture day to day.
Masiu, one of our scaffolders, recently received multiple nominations from his crew. When site requirements shifted mid-shutdown, he stayed calm, supported his team and kept sharing his knowledge at every step.
The result was a safe shutdown and high-quality work delivered under pressure, a clear example of our value of Determination in action.
Congrats Masiu!

Last week, Larissa and Lihandra from our Recruitment team attended the CBC Fremantle Careers Day, chatting with students about trades, career pathways and what working in the resources industry can really look like.
Connecting with the next generation early is something we value, and it was great to see so many students curious about what our industry has to offer.
Thanks to CBC Fremantle for having us! We look forward to seeing some of those faces again in the years ahead.

How do you safely move a 3,500 tonne frigate?
When Babcock faced the challenge of relocating ex-warship HMAS Anzac, first to recover serviceable parts and then for disposal, Linkforce was part of the specialist supply chain that made it happen.
Our team delivered and installed 16 concrete blocks that kept the ship in place while in dry dock, adapting quickly as scope changes and unforeseen requirements emerged throughout the project.
A great result for a unique and complex job. Well done to the Babcock team. 💪

We were glad to be back for the Cyrenian House Golf Day this year. A great day out on the rainy fairway in support of a cause that makes a real difference in our community.
Cyrenian House does vital work supporting people and families impacted by alcohol and other drug issues, and events like this play an important role in keeping that work going.
Special thanks to the Fortescue team for the invitation and a top day on the course.

With a workforce spread across multiple hubs and over 90 client sites, strong relationships don’t happen by chance. Site visits are one of the ways we keep our people connected.
Our Perth-based Recruitment and Compliance team members Orlagh, Samanta and Christine recently visited site to get a firsthand look at Linkforce operations. A big thanks to our site-based Engagement team for showing them firsthand what happens on the ground!
These visits gave them a real look at site life and gave our site personnel a chance to connect with the office team face-to-face.
