Today we acknowledge National Sorry Day and hold space for the Stolen Generations.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander children who were taken from their families, Country, culture, language and community.

Sorry Day is a time to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and walk together with respect.

We encourage you to take the time to learn, yarn and continue supporting truth telling and reconciliation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

By putting their hand up to take part in this learning opportunity, they’ve shown their commitment to growth, leadership, and the wellbeing of the young people and communities they walk alongside.

Through commitment, personal development, and strong family support, Mariah has continued to build on her gifts, most recently contributing her artistry alongside her cousin, Fremantle club great Stephen Hill, in designing Fremantle’s 2026 AFL Indigenous jumper.
