Local Drug Action Groups Inc.
Local Drug Action Groups Inc. is an organisation that helps volunteers across the state combine to take action to prevent the harms of alcohol and other drugs.
The Local Drug Action Groups organisation (LDAG Inc) was established in 1996 as part of a government initiative based on the belief that an important part of an overall response to addressing alcohol and other drug issues was to work from within the community. LDAG Inc. works in partnership with the Government of Western Australia.

Yesterday the 25th of November kicked of the 16 Days in WA campaign runs from 25 November (International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women) through to 10 December (Human Rights Day). Communities and people across Western Australia have an opportunity to show their support for ending violence against women, including family, domestic and sexual violence, through 16 Days in WA – Stop Violence Against Women (16 Days in WA)
The campaign draws inspiration from the global movement 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-based Violence. Now in its eighth year, the 2024 theme is Play Your Part. Change starts with all of us stepping up and standing together.
