• ¾ cups Amasi/Maas/Sour Milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups carrots, shredded (about 5 small carrots)
• 1 can Cashel Valley Pineapple Chunks, drained
• 1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional, can be replaced with dried mixed fruit raisins)

1. Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius, and grease three 8-inch round cake pans with non-stick spray (Or margarine and sprinkle some flour).

2. In large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, sour milk and vanilla.

4. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture until just combined. Fold in carrots, pineapple and walnuts (or raisins).

The easiest way to make one pot stews (with beef bones, trotters/mazondo, lamb shanks etc.) is to:

1. Pour Cashel Valley Sumu into a pot with the uncooked meat.

2. Add salt, cooking oil, and other seasoning (including "soup"/stock cubes if desired).

3. Add water enough to cover the meat, boiling water is preferred.

4. Cook for the recommended time or till almost ready and add on your veggies (Carrots, potatoes, green beans or Cashel Valley Garden Peas).

5. Serve and enjoy!
