Cake Flavour Selection Tip

When a client does not specify flavours for a multi-layer cake, avoid combining flavours that all fall within the same fruity profile, such as Strawberry, Blueberry, and Lemon. While each flavour is delicious on its own, that combination may not appeal to all guests.

Instead, include neutral crowd favourites like Chocolate and Vanilla, then pair them with one fruity or citrus flavour, such as Lemon or Orange. This creates a well-balanced flavour selection and gives guests a variety of options to choose from.
