Housing is a basic need, and therefore must be affordable to all citizens of this world. Just as food, water electricity and education must be accessible.

Its a shame that most political leaders promise to fix issues behind basic needs and yet we still remain the same, or they put us in a worser situation than before.

Our focus as a nation is to achieve self sustainability in all our sectors, in order to get rid of the need for external help. The association with foreign nations and nationals should be business inspired and not policies disguised as AID, but in actuality, they want to change your culture and steal your resources. Claiming they have better use and experience in processing our own minerals.

Only us, the people, citizens of the world can fix our nations. We need to take what we learn in schools concerning business, industries, engineering, infrastructure, health and entertainment and implement them into our own communities first with ideas and businesses that benefit our own neighbours. Ideas that can grow and employ youths and specialist who will help upscale them into fortune companies.

Set up manufacturing industries for the machinery needed to get things done, and production of daily household items. Including materials we use to build our communities. All must be produced from within the nation first, instead of exporting resources and receiving finished products produced from the same resources we exported.

We have to stop relying on employment from governments and rather try build businesses that employ skills and talents in our own countries. Make our own people rich, not foreigners. Set up centers for skill development and others that can help people start their business or apply their ideas, especially those that don't really understand how businesses get formed and are run.

The power is in us and our willingness to work together. Otherwise, we will just keep voting and voting and nothing will ever change!

China has one of the highest homeownership rates in the world, with around 90% or more households owning at least one home.

This is mainly due to housing reforms in the late 1990s, rapid urbanization, and strong cultural emphasis on property ownership.
