So we had a situation, when a pasta boiler was plugged into the socket it was causing the RCD to trip indicating that there was something wrong.
The RCD had five different circuits it was supplying meaning five different breakers being fed by one RCD. After doing a quick troubleshooting by plugging in a different appliance (after the RCD was lifted) to check if the line circuit was fine, fortunately it didn't trip.. then we knew the line circuit was fine, it was the appliance that had a fault.
We Opened up the pasta boiler to check common faults we had put down on the LIST that causes the RCD to trip.
✓ Faulty appliance
✓Low quality RCD
✓Incorrect RCD current rating used
✓Moisture in electrical sockets
✓Issues with central heating systems
✓Water in wiring
✓Earth leakage
After opening the pasta boiler we found a leakage, the water as it rolled was touching on the Natural wire and the body was Earthed.. therefore there was a contact between Natural and Ground.

RCD: Protects against ground leakage to prevent serious damage from electric shocks.

After spending 2 hours analysing the circuit and everything only to discover that a safety switch wasn't making contact to complete the circuit.

There a number of causes of RCCB or RCD tripping, here is a list that might help in fault finding.
√ Faulty appliance
√ Incorrect RCD current rating used

√ Moisture in electrical sockets
√ Use of order washing machines, dryers, motors, pumps etc
