Welcome to our little haven...
Our 3-bredroom self-catering holiday house is situated just one block away from the Strand's "Golden Mile" beach, hence a 2-minute leisurely stroll to the pristine waters of one of the Western Cape's safest, cleanest beaches. Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood adjacent to the Lourens River and a 10-minute walk to the immaculate Strand Golf Course. The house sleeps 10 –12 people:
Bedroom 1 is a large room with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 is a large family room with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds. The living area is equipped with 2 very cumfy double sleeper couches. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Full main bathroom. TV and Dstv in living room. Indoor fireplace. Outdoor braai. Spacious front yard with tree house and swing and lots of room for kids to play. Parking space for up to 5 cars. The high boundary walls and alarm system makes the house very secure and private. Rates are as follows:
Peak season (Dec—Jan): R2,100. Minimum 7nights stay
High season (Feb - May): R2,100. Minimum 2nights stay
Low season (Jun - Aug): R1,400. Minimum 2nights stay
Mid season (Sep - Nov): R1,700. Minimum 2nights stay

Weekdays: R90 per adult & R55 per child under 12yrs old (minimum 20 adults / R1,800). Max 40ppl
Weekends (Fri - Sun) & Public holidays: R135 per adult & R80 per child under 12yrs old (minimum 20 adults / R2,700). Max 40ppl
Book 1 of our 7hr timeslots that gives you ample time to set-up and clean-up:
• Morning slot (7am - 2pm)
• Evening slot (5pm - 12 midnight)
You will have access to our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, open plan living & dining room, spacious front yard and backyard with outdoor braai facility and sparkling swimming pool.

In Cape Town, you can see them from the road along the False Bay coast, and they're distinctly visible on the western seaboard if you get high enough.
Whale season starts in June and continues until November so take your winter woollies and get down to the beach to watch these majestic creatures frolic in the waves – from Strand to the whale hotspot in Hermanus makes for an easy day trip or an ideal weekend getaway.
