Gansbaai Primary School | Student Council Leadership Camp 🌿💚

Three days filled with teamwork, challenges, laughter, learning and growth! 🙌

Through practical activities and team challenges, the students were encouraged to discover what it means to lead with purpose, character and a heart to serve others. From communication and problem-solving to working together and supporting one another, every activity provided an opportunity to grow as a leader. Gansbaai LS - Gr.7 Leerderraad Kamp (2026).pdf

It was a privilege for the SCAS team to journey alongside these young leaders and see them step outside their comfort zones, encourage one another and grow together.

May the lessons learnt go far beyond camp and inspire them to make a meaningful impact in their school and community. 🌱💚

Leadership is not just about leading others — it’s about serving them.

What a special day at Rhenish Primary School! 🌱💙

On Saturday, 5 September, we had the privilege of spending the day with the Grade 7 learners at Rhenish Primary School for a Leader in Me Day Camp! 🌱💙

Through experiential learning, games, challenges and reflection, learners explored practical habits and life skills that they can apply in their everyday lives.

Throughout the day, we focused on:

✨ Be Proactive – taking responsibility for your choices
🎯 Begin With the End in Mind – setting goals and knowing where you’re going
🥇 Put First Things First – learning to prioritise what matters
🤝 Think Win-Win – finding solutions where everyone can succeed
👂 Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood – learning the value of listening
🧩 Together Is Better – experiencing the power of teamwork
🌱 Sharpen the Saw – taking time to reflect, grow and renew

The day also included a session on discovering your true identity, encouraging learners to recognise their value, strengths and potential.

More than simply talking about leadership, we wanted the learners to experience it — through problem-solving, teamwork, communication, decision-making and reflection.

A day filled with learning, laughter, movement, connection and growth! 🙌

Thank you, Rhenish Primary School, for the opportunity to invest in these young leaders. 💙

Learn it. Live it. Lead it. 🌱

Every Thursday, we have the privilege of planting seeds 🌱 in learners across 5 different schools — teaching valuable life lessons through sport, play and connection. 🏃🏽‍♀️🤍

Yesterday, the Human Knot was on the list! 🙌🏽 A fun activity focused on teamwork and problem-solving, but with an important reminder:

Life will probably bring a few difficult “knots” along the way. Things may feel confusing, frustrating or impossible to untangle — but don’t lose focus on the Lord. Keep going, work together, and trust Him through it all. ✝️

We’re grateful for every opportunity to invest in the next generation, one seed at a time. 🌱

Kearsney Soccer Tournament | Durban ⚽️ | Days 2 & 3

Days 2 & 3 were all about equipping and preparing our team to serve with purpose. We focused on practical Gospel-sharing tools, Discovery Bible Study, Identity session, worship and fun team building activities.

We also spent intentional time building unity and creating a Christ-centred culture as a team, knowing that everything we do is for His glory.

Please continue to pray that God will prepare the hearts of every player that we will be receiving tomorrow.
