Thank you to the Racket and Ball Club in Melrose Arch for hosting our first of many Padel Team Builds.
Apart from realising that some of us (OK, the author of this post in particular) are exceptionally unfit, it was a great couple of hours spent with our management team.
Thank you to Rubin and Tyler who made it a very enjoyable afternoon
I promise we did actually play Padel, we just forgot to take pictures

Further to the Cleaning Up KZN initiative with our service providers, we have also been able to assist some small businesses in the more rural areas of Natal that were looted, damaged and essentially put out of business over the tumultuous times experienced over the past 6 weeks
Firstassist reached out to the Hearts That Hope Organization in Natal who are doing some fantastic outreach work with local communities, one such project being the Stock-A-Shop programme where sponsorships
are used to re-stock "spaza" shops that have been looted and in some instances, repair them where structural damages have occurred.
The below shops in Melville, Groutville, Etete, Thembeni & Malende have been blessed by your generosity and are now able to trade again and feed the community as well as their families once again.
Thank you all for your support, contributions and compassion
You may visit their website https://www.heartsthathope.com/melville/ or https://www.heartsthathope.com/groutville/ to read more about the Stock-A-Shop project and where your contributions have been able to assist

Another successful walk completed.
This time Yellow For Survivors (Leilani Kuter and her team) walked 40Km around the West Rand on Saturday 7th August against Gender Based Violence , more specifically for Olivia Jasriel who's attacker is now eligible for parole.
The ladies were followed and protected once again by the First For Women Guardian Angels managed by Firstassist.

Today saw another successful trip to Natal to deliver more supplies. This time we made our way to the Gift of The Givers in Pietermaritzburg.
Through generous contributions from a lot of our corporate clients, we were able to make use of some of these funds to procure some essential products to make up 100 care packages that Gift of The Givers will distribute on our behalves to those in need. We have left in the good hands of Gift of The Givers to identify those who will benefit from these supplies.
Thank you all who have given so much in time, finances, supplies, and various other ways that have benefited more people than we could ever imagine. It is truly a great feeling to know that we are able to give back in times of need, stand tall when the weight bares down and walk forward when there are so many trying to hold us back.
Thank you all again so much.
