The ANC Rustenburg Local Elections Team (LET) convened to assess the state of readiness, review the progress of election work, and further refine the campaign machinery ahead of the 2026 Local Government Elections.

The meeting reaffirmed the movement's commitment to disciplined organisation, effective mobilisation and sustained community engagement. With every structure focused on its task, the ANC continues to strengthen its readiness to take its message to every ward and every household.

The next 90 days belong to the volunteers, organisers and communities ✊🏾

The ANC Rustenburg Local Elections Team, led by LET Coordinator Cde. Jeanette Dibetso-Nyathi, together with ANC North West PEC Member Cde. Mpho Khunou, convened a constructive meeting with ANC Ward 24 to engage on the way forward.

The meeting focused on fostering unity, strengthening working relations and bringing comrades together behind a shared vision as preparations for the 2026 Local Government Elections gather momentum.

The ANC Rustenburg Local Elections Team is currently in session, refining the election machinery ahead of the final Voter Registration Drive for the 2026 Local Government Elections.

The session is centred on strengthening our organisational readiness, aligning programmes and ensuring that every volunteer and election structure is prepared for the important work that lies ahead.

Every volunteer, every branch and every structure has a role to play in ensuring that no eligible voter is left behind," said LET Coordinator, Cde. Jeanette Dibetso-Nyathi.

The ANC Rustenburg Local Elections Team successfully hosted the Training of Volunteers Workshop at the Old Town Hall, facilitated by Provincial Elections Management Team (PEMT) Facilitators Cde. Fanie Marumola, Cde. Thapelo Mosothwane and Cde. Thokozile Mateyisi.

The session was attended by ANC Bojanala Acting Regional Secretary Cde. Thapelo Thoboke, members of the Regional Elections Team, Cde. Tsotso Tlhapi and Cde. Ignatius Msoki, while the Rustenburg LET was led by LET Coordinator Cde. Tokyo Mataboge and LET Manager Cde. Calvin Hlotse.

The workshop is equipping our volunteers with the skills and organisational capacity needed to strengthen the ANC election machinery as we prepare for the 2026 Local Government Elections.

A well-trained volunteer is the backbone of a strong campaign. Together, we continue to build a capable election machinery, ready to serve the people.
