A MOVEMENT HAS BEGUN!
On the 26 June 2026, something very special happened.
Woke Motswana officially launched the Rustenburg Clothing & Textile Economic Inclusion Movement.
This movement was created because we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to work, earn an income and build a better future.
Through clothing and Textile manufacturing we aim to create opportunities for:
- Skills Development
- Employment
- Entrepreneurship
- Manufacturing Cooperatives
- Financial Literacy
- Workplace Readiness
Our vision is bold. To create 1000 sustainable jobs through clothing and Textile manufacturing.

Woke Motswana (Pty) Ltd is excited to announce an opportunity for unemployed youth to apply for workplace-based opportunities through the National Youth Service (NYS) programme in partnership with YouthBuild South Africa.
We are looking for passionate young people who are ready to learn, grow and contribute within various areas including:

π Production and sewing
π Community Liaison
Requirements:
πSouth African citizen with valid ID
π18-34 years
π Currently unemployed

πNot receiving NSFAS, stipends or participating in another funded programme.
