Season 4 of TIA Talks continues with a conversation on growth, self-awareness and the power of embracing new challenges.

Host Jason Mizen is joined by Top 3 finalists Asanda Magwaza and Tyrell Moodley as they reflect on their journey through The Insurance Apprentice and the lessons they've gained along the way.

From competing alongside professionals with diverse backgrounds to navigating the pressure of the final stages of the competition, the discussion explores how stepping outside of your comfort zone can unlock personal and professional growth. Asanda shares her experience with imposter syndrome and the importance of continuous self-development, while Tyrell reflects on how TIA exceeded his expectations and revealed strengths he never knew he had.
