This month, we commemorated the spirit of humanity through active citizenry - appreciating volunteerism and what it can do to change the world around us.

Welcome back to Term 3!

We wish you all a great day ahead today as you get back to the rhythm of learning.

Here's to academic and developmental success for all as we head into the last six months of the year.

Congratulations to Spain who were officially crowned the 2026 FIFA World Cup Champions after defeating previous winners Argentina 1- nil.

Spain has now won this prestigious Soccer title twice since 2010 when it was hosted right here in Mzansi.

We're back and it was wonderful having to celebrate Mandela day with you all today.

We wish you all well for the last remaining days of the school holidays - here's to a fruitful Term 3 ahead of us.

What a beautiful session of genuine serving, legacy securing and handing over of the leadership baton this was. Our Mentees took charge of the session and served as Mentors for the day with interesting activities and conversations lined up for the team. We are impressed at the calibre of leadership we are proactively building at Lebone.

This is proof that we can be the change we need in the world. Acts of service and kindness towards others can really go a long way in making the world a better place. Here's to the spirit of Mandela day, being celebrated everyday!

We see and appreciate you all.

Our Play day session was a befitting way to concluding our Term 2 as a team at Lebone Rivoningo Developments. Play Day also served as our Fundraising event while everyone developed and had fun together, through play. Play is also one of our core pillars as an organization.

Thank you to our committed and hardworking Fundraising team for coming up with tbr idea and for ensuring that it was implemented successfully on the day.

On the day, Mentors and Mentees got to pair up and team up to challenge one another at all the stations that were available to further boost and strengthen the mentee-mentor relationship being created in our organization.

We had Umgusha, free 'n Jail (bhathi), Di-tins, hop scotch, Di-ali (marbles) as classic traditional games alongside netball, boardgames - such as ludo, chess, snakes and ladders and 30 seconds. The little ones got to play some bowling, colouring activities and there was face painting for those who were keen.

We are grateful to all the mentees who supported and participated on Play Day and these learners will all be issued with a limited edition medal of participation at our next session in recognition for their efforts and spirit. Thank you to the parents as well for their support.

Thank you you the Lebone team that was on duty, who ensured that everything went smoothlh and that cheering and participation levels were on a high.

What a wonderful session it was - certainly one we will look forward to reviewing towards the end of the year.
