Visit houss.co.za, open the menu and select Tenant Services. Choose “I have a maintenance query”, complete your details and tell us what’s happening.

Each request is assessed according to priority:

High priority: urgent issues that affect safety, security, property integrity or make the home uninhabitable.
Medium priority: functional issues causing inconvenience or disruption.
Low priority: non-urgent wear, tear or cosmetic concerns.

Providing clear information, photos and your availability helps our team assess and resolve your query as efficiently as possible.
