Today on Heritage Day, we’re celebrating the vibrant mix of cultures, languages, and traditions that bring our spaces to life every single day. Whether you’re cooking up a traditional feast, relaxing outdoors, or spending time with neighbors, we wish you a joyful day!

Stop locking yourself into 12-month contracts that don't match how fast life moves. A month-to-month lease cuts the heavy commitment, gives you room to adapt when circumstances change, and lets you rent entirely on your own terms.

Hello, Spring!

The days are getting warmer, the gardens are getting greener and there’s a little more sunshine to enjoy around the places we call home.

Here’s to pool days, afternoon walks, braais with the neighbours and plenty more reasons to get outside and enjoy life at Houss.

A new season is here. Make the most of it. 🌿

August was a good one. 💙

From welcoming new residents on move-in day and celebrating more members of our 5 Year Club, to getting creative at our Sip, Paint, Plant events, August gave us plenty of reasons to get together and enjoy the communities we call home.

Now we’re heading into September, and we’re turning things up a notch. 👀

🧠 Quiz Nights to put those thinking caps back on
🎾 Padel Tournaments for some friendly competition between the adults, with a short coaching session for the kids beforehand
🎈 Family Fun Days packed with inflatables and sweet treats for the kids

Residents, keep an eye on your estate communications on My Estate Life for dates and details. There’s plenty more fun on the way!

Here’s to another month of making Houss feel like home. 🏡

Sipped, painted, planted… and had a whole lot of fun along the way. 🌱

Our latest Sip, Paint & Plant events brought residents together for an afternoon of creativity, colour and good company, with plenty of seriously impressive pots to show for it.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made these events such a vibe. We loved seeing each pot take on a personality of its own. 💛

Here’s to more moments that make Houss feel like home.
