MEYERTON SET FOR CHALLENGING LEAGUE ENCOUNTER THIS SATURDAY 🏉🏉🏉

Local rugby fans are set for a thrilling afternoon as the Meyerton Sports Grounds host an exciting schedule of Valke Rugby Merlin League matches this Saturday (August 16).

The action kicks off at 12:30 with the Meyerton knights rugby klub Old Boys taking on the Vanderbijlpark Old Boys in what promises to be a fiercely contested but "friendly" clash.

Following this, the Meyerton seconds will face the East Rand United seconds at 14:00, setting the stage for the day’s highlight – the first team showdown between Meyerton and ERU at 15:30.

The Boksburg-based team has shown that they will be a tough nut to crack and an exciting contests can be expected.

🎟 Spectators can enjoy three entertaining rugby games for just R20 per person and R20 per car, with an additional R50 charge for cooler boxes.

📍 The venue, located on Jan Neetling Street in Meyerton, will be selling refreshments - please support the club.
