Paddy’s Diesel does not only service Diesel injectors, we also service petrol vehicle injectors.
I have 6 pictures showing each stage of repair carried out.
Picture 1 shows you how the petrol injectors have come in from customer.
Picture 2 the injectors are in an ultrasonic bath getting ready to run on bench
Picture 3 injectors are cleaned and fitted to test bench.
Picture 4 and 5 final testing and confirming that injectors are within specification.
Picture 6 injectors are overhauled, fitted back into rail and ready to be fitted back into vehicle.
Please note:
When petrol injectors are overhauled we fit new seals, “O” rings and filters.

Picture 1 is a very dirty damaged turbo that has come in to be repaired☺.
Picture 2 is what the turbo looks like after we have stripped it down cleaned it up and it’s ready to be assembled.
Picture 3 the turbo is done and dusted ready to be fitted to the vehicle we also supply new studs, nuts, gaskets along with a user friendly guide on what steps should be taken when turbo is being fitted to vehicle.
