Cut out a section of deck to create a big opening because when they built the deck they didn't allow any space for access to septic tank which was below the deck...

Some pictures of the 1 deck finished and all varnished up to match existing colour od old deck. The trick was to get the nee pine deck to match the old Meranti wood colour....

Ran new plumbing for a washing machine and built a new cupboard with matching sprayed v-groove doors (forgot to take final picture) for the washing machine + storage. Went throught the back wall in the bedroom so as to not have to damage the counter or any tiles in the kitchen.
Everything worked out well, and the customer was happy.

Put up some nice new Clear view style fence with custom made upright posts...

Built a gate into a fixed panel fence last week....

Fixed a pivot door frame where constant slamming of the door over years broke the rebate.
Took off from the entire style and replaced with new Meranti. The customer said his painter will do the rest!
Happybwith the outcome, not such great pictures though, lol...

I haven't put this sign up in a while!
I just hope it doesn't get stolen🤣🤦‍♂️

Removed old stairs etc and built in a nice new deck. I forgot to take a final picture after staining and sealing to match the existing deck colour...
I really like this one, especially the round edge, it just makes it different. It's what the customer requested.
