We attended the two-day workshop on the Preservation and Development of Agricultural Land Act, 39 of 2024 (PDALA) – Draft Regulations & Notices Consultation. The session provided valuable insight into the draft regulations and an opportunity to give input as part of the consultation process.

Staying informed on the transition from the Subdivision of Agricultural Land Act, 70 of 1970 (SALA) ensures we remain up to date when assisting clients with agricultural land subdivision applications.

We surveyed a stunning site near Machadodorp, and were greeted by the breathtaking sight of kosmos flowers in full bloom across the field. Their vibrant colors and delicate petals created a picture-perfect scene. Nature’s beauty at its best! 🌸

As part of the State Land Disposal process, community meetings are key in ensuring everyone’s voice is heard! These meetings play a crucial role in shaping local developments, and it’s heartening to see that most communities are in strong support of new, positive changes. Together, we can create vibrant spaces that benefit everyone.

What an eventful day out at Palmietkuilen!
We were deep into the survey when the bakkie got stuck in the mud! 😅 But no worries, a trusty tractor came to the rescue and pulled us out. 🚜

Despite the challenges, we managed to complete the survey successfully and wrap up a great day. Always an adventure in the field!
