A simple habit can save you many tears relating to skin problems...wipe down your glasses, sunglasses and phones, as often as you can, with an antibacterial wipe. Dirt and bacteria on phones and glasses can cause unnecessary breakouts and irritation, and can lead to hyper pigmentation if you are prone to it.
