Solid Balau deck over a double story void in the slab. We ran into many issues on this job but we always find a solution. This floor still needs tiling done flush with the deck. More pics to come.

Our latest houses flip done. On the beach in Umdloti with a New York feel. There is nothing else like this. We will be posting details of this on Private Property soon. Just a few teasers of what we have done. This project was so much fun. It had its challenges but we always pull it off!
