Learning things is always fascinating. So I recently took interest into Narcissists and narcissistic tendencies.

I learnt that Narcissists do not want honest relationships, they want cheerleaders.

They want people who always give them the right.

They want blind loyalty. They want unconditional acceptance, no matter what they do.

As long as you don't question anything they do, or give them the wrong on anything, they might just leave you alone.

But watch out, if you disagree with them, or go against them in any way….in their eyes, this is the deepest betrayal, and it never goes unpunished.

Narcissists are spiteful and vindictive. Their egos are fragile, so any form of disagreement feels like an attack.

They won’t argue logically; they will attack your character, your past, and your confidence. They manipulate others to turn against you, rewrite stories, and make themselves look like the victim.

Their need to be worshipped outweighs any sense of fairness or love. The moment you stop serving their fantasy, you become their enemy.

That's not love - it's control disguised as connection.

Protect your peace. Know the difference.

Nothing can be more annoying than a person who constantly praises oneself. I think such behaviour often stems from insecurity and a need for validation, overshadowing the genuine connection that partners, colleagues or friends should share. When one person monopolises a conversation with self-aggrandising remarks, it stifles a conversation and can often leave the other person feeling undervalued or ignored.

In all honesty, true merit doesn't require constant vocalisation. When someone is genuinely good; be it in their actions, character, or contributions; others will naturally recognise and appreciate these qualities without the need for incessant self-promotion.

A healthy friendship or relationship thrives on mutual admiration and respect, where both parties uplift one another without the need for a spotlight.

Ultimately, humility speaks volumes, while self-praise often leaves a resounding echo of annoyance.

Today, I found myself reflecting on cleanliness, particularly due to my apprehension about using public restrooms. The truth is that clean spaces can lead to a clear mind, but we must not overlook the significance of cleanliness in every aspect of our lives! 🧼💦

🛁 Personal Hygiene: Remember, no amount of perfume can disguise a dirty, sweaty body! Freshness begins with taking care of ourselves through regular bathing, using soap, and staying hydrated.

🦷 Oral Hygiene: A brilliant smile radiates from a healthy mouth. Be sure to brush and floss regularly for that confident, radiant smile!

🏡 Home Environment: A tidy home fosters tidy thoughts. Keep your kitchen, bathroom, and living areas immaculate!

🌻 Garden: Don’t neglect your outdoor space; a well-maintained garden enhances the beauty of your surroundings. The way you care for your exterior can often reflect the orderliness of your interior.

🚗 Car: A clean vehicle not only looks better but also makes every drive more enjoyable. Regularly vacuum and organise your car to maintain a pleasant environment.

📱 Digital Space: Clean up your digital life by organising files, deleting unnecessary emails, and decluttering your desktop. A tidy digital space can help you stay focused and productive.

💼 Workspace: Whether at home or in the office, keeping your workspace organised can boost your efficiency and creativity. A clutter-free desk leads to a clutter-free mind.

In the lush landscapes of tropical orchards, mango trees bear fruit that varies in ripeness, color, and sweetness. Just as these fruits do not ripen simultaneously, individuals traverse their unique journeys, each unfolding in its own time.
