The very public face of the Mangaung String Programme is the Bochabela String Orchestra.

The Bochie bus with TWO busted tires on the way back, after the rehearsal in Xhariep. Nuts fastened by machines can be virtually impossible to loosen by hand. After almost 2 hours of intense labour by Gift, we could continue home!

Our first Orchestra rehearsal in Xhariep! Picking up kids at Springfontein for the rehearsal in Philippolis. They were all waiting there 15 min. before the time! Super kids! Bravo Springfontein!
