WE’RE HIRING – FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT (PLETTENBERG BAY)

TCS WiFi is looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Front Office Assistant to join our Plettenberg Bay branch.

This is a key client-facing role – you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, so professionalism and a great attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Assisting walk-in customers
•⁠ ⁠Handling basic sales and account queries
•⁠ ⁠Managing calls, emails, and bookings
•⁠ ⁠Processing payments and basic admin
•⁠ ⁠Supporting the branch team with day-to-day operations

Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills
•⁠ ⁠Well-presented and professional
•⁠ ⁠Basic computer skills (email, systems, etc.)
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•⁠ ⁠Previous front office / admin / retail experience is advantageous

Location: Plettenberg Bay
