PUBLIC NOTICE: FALSE CLAIMS REGARDING GRAVE DAMAGE AT WATERFALL CEMETERY

It has come to our attention that there are false and misleading claims circulating regarding grave damage at Waterfall Cemetery, allegedly due to heavy rains. These claims specifically suggest that graves handled by GNC Funerals have been affected, sinking in or being damaged.

We would like to categorically state that these allegations are completely untrue. In response to these claims, GNC Funerals promptly dispatched a team to Waterfall Cemetery to assess the situation. After a thorough inspection, we can confirm that all graves are in order, and no such incidents have occurred. Yes under normal circumstances the soil will go down a bit on new graves and we advise families to visit the cemetery and check, and if you experience a situation like that, please feel free to walk in at the office of the cemetery and report the matter as the responsibility lies with the municipality and not the funeral parlours.

We view these false claims as an attempt to discredit our company and the quality of service we provide to our clients. GNC Funerals remains committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, dignity, and care in all our funeral services.
