Working with our client Red LBP and seeing their new franchisees hit the ground running because the marketing machine (we built) is spinning out massive results almost instantly.

This dude, Nathan Hylkema, just finished his franchise training last week and today he did his first-ever sales presentation to his local Ray Whites Real Estate office.

The upshot was this...
- All local agents/offices ZOOMed into the presentation
- Ray White is dumping their current property inspector
- All office and agents will be using his services from this week forward

Marketing Tip: Pick a Lane & Stay in It

The biggest mistake businesses make is to look at their competition's ads/websites for ideas or inspiration.

Instead, pick your own niche... a niche based on the customers you love to work with the most and create content and promotions that those customers want to learn about/hear about and follow.

Your niche is where your success lays, its where your style and way of doing things fit best, and the "competition" will never be able to compete in it.
