A PROGRAM IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE COMMUNICATION BEHIND IT!

Accountability isn’t just sending someone a training plan and hoping they follow it.

It’s checking in. Understanding how they’re responding to the work. Catching the little issues early. Adjusting when life gets in the way. And making sure there’s always a clear direction forward.

As Nich put it:
“Having Jack check in with me on a regular basis was really helpful, it allowed me to work around any little issues that came up during the block.”

That’s a huge part of what athletes get with Run Rogue, a coach in their corner keeping them accountable and helping them navigate the process.

Whether you’re chasing a running PB, preparing for your first event, or a football, soccer or netball athlete wanting to make this off-season count, the same principle applies.

Structure + accountability + communication.

If your fitness starts when club preseason starts, you’re already behind.

Preseason should be about improving performance—not spending the first few weeks catching up.

Arrive prepared and make every session count.

Already started a few programs with some keen athletes who want to show up to preseason ready to perform versus get fit. DM or message me to get started with your plan today

Marathon baby!!

Five months ago, Mani came to Run Rogue looking for structure, accountability and the right progression to take his running to the next level, and was understanding that it would take time to get there appropriately.

At the time, the furthest he’d raced was the half marathon. Yesterday, he crossed the finish line of his first full marathon in 4:09:46.

Through the Rogue Apex Program, Mani combined structured running with strength work and absolutely bought into the process. There were a few injury niggles to navigate along the way, but he stayed patient, consistent and kept stacking the work.

Going from half marathon distance to 42.2km isn’t something you wing. Mani earned this one through months of consistency and trusting the process

Massive congratulations brother!

Judah Thoroughbred Leak felt the difference during the season — but the work responsible for it happened months earlier.

“Been a crazy difference to usual. I think the lower body strength stuff has helped massively and the consistency in my preseason running blocks has set me up for success.”

That’s the influence of a properly structured offseason and preseason.

Building strength. Developing your running base. Progressing your speed and conditioning consistently — before team preseason begins.

For AFL, soccer and netball athletes, the offseason is an opportunity to arrive at preseason ready to perform, rather than using preseason just to get fit.

2026/27 individual offseason programs are now open.

YOUR PRESEASON STARTS BEFORE THE FIRST SESSION

Football. Soccer. Netball.

Clubs that arrive at preseason with players already prepared can spend more time coaching their sport, not weeks trying to build a basic fitness base.

Run Rogue works with clubs to build structured conditioning plans around your playing group, preseason schedule and coaching priorities.

The goal is simple:
✅ Players arrive ready to train
✅ Better quality football-specific sessions
✅ Less preseason time spent building baseline fitness
✅ A clear conditioning structure developed with your coaching staff

I’m currently speaking with clubs ahead of the 2026/27 preseason and have limited capacity for new club partnerships.

If you’re a coach, president, football/netball manager or involved with your club’s preseason planning, now is the time to have the conversation.

I’m happy to have a discussion regarding what I can offer to see if I can help your club for the upcoming season

A coach should push you forward — without running you into the ground.

For Nick Alston , that meant finding the right balance between training hard enough to improve and arriving at race day fit, healthy and ready to perform.

That’s what individualised coaching should look like. Training built around your goals, your current fitness and your life.

Whether you’re preparing for your next running event or looking to build your fitness through the offseason, Run Rogue can build the structure around you.

Double flags!!
Congratulations to Pakenham Football Club on yesterdays grand final wins in both the seniors and reserves after going undefeated all year.

Has been an absolute blast working alongside senior coach Justin Stanton to deliver the conditioning and fitness blocks for the whole group since November 2025 all the way until Thursday before the grand final through Run Rogue Coaching. A true example of how targeted conditioning can play a part in helping a playing group go a very long way and winning it all.

Deserve it lads 🏆🏆
