Intermediate High School - Timmy

We are proud to introduce Mr. Vanrick Williams as the new Principal (Ag) of Intermediate High School. Mr. Williams joins our leadership team with more than 25 years of dedicated service in education. His extensive background as both an experienced teacher and a trusted representative for educators shapes his results-oriented approach to school leadership. Central to his vision is a belief that student success is a shared journey. He is eager to build strong, collaborative partnerships with all school stakeholders to elevate our academic standards and support student well-being.

Help us show some major IHS spirit and welcome Principal Mr. Vanrick Williams.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Ms. Meisha Charles, for her insightful and meaningful presentation to our students during our General Assembly in observance of Su***de Awareness Month.

Her presentation provided our students with valuable information about su***de awareness, emotional well-being, recognizing warning signs, and the importance of seeking help and supporting each another. We appreciate her willingness to engage with our students and help foster a school community where mental health conversations are approached with compassion, understanding, and care.

*Alumni in Action!*

A heartfelt thank you to *Elsworth Richards, PRO, and Noel Browne, Treasurer*, of the *Intermediate High School Alumni Association Inc.*, for power washing our school this afternoon.

Your continued support and commitment to the school are truly appreciated. It is partnerships like these that remind us that *once an IHS student, always a part of the IHS family!*

*Thank you for giving back and helping to keep our school community strong!*

Due to the ongoing construction at the school site, the orientation for new students, which was scheduled for 25th August, has been postponed.

I spoke with Mr. Buntin, and based on the current progress, the major construction work will not be completed within the expected timeframe.

We will provide an update on the new orientation date once the construction work has progressed sufficiently to allow us to safely and effectively host the activity.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you.

Help us in congratulating Aneisha Richards of Form 3 who graduated from the NCTI Project Elevate Entrepreneurial Programme this morning.
