Saboto Caesar

As medicinal cannabis industries continue to unfold across the OECS, we must ensure that the financial architecture develops alongside the industry.

Banking and finance stakeholders have a critical role to play in building systems that support transparency, accountability, compliance and adherence to international standards.

I leave St. Kitts and Nevis encouraged by the discussions, the partnerships strengthened and the shared commitment to building a medicinal cannabis industry that is not only economically viable, but internationally credible.

Regional cooperation will be essential. Government, regulators, financial institutions and industry stakeholders must continue to work together if we are to unlock the true potential of this emerging sector.

A productive visit to St. Kitts and Nevis. Now, onward with the work.

United we rise.

Banking and finance will always play a critical role in the growth and development of the Medicinal Cannabis Industry across the OECS.

My recent visit to St. Kitts and Nevis provided another important opportunity to work alongside the Government and the Medicinal Cannabis Authority, exchanging ideas and exploring practical solutions that can strengthen this emerging regional industry.

If we are serious about building a sustainable medicinal cannabis sector, we must continue to address access to banking, investment, financing and the financial infrastructure necessary for businesses and entrepreneurs to thrive.

Regional collaboration remains one of our greatest strengths. When we share knowledge, confront challenges together and create opportunities across borders, the entire Caribbean benefits.

The work continues.

Together we rise.

My Son Saj Caesar never ceases to surprise me! He ran this challenge by me and he has my blessings however I hope he understands that his life savings thus far will be funding this! 🙈. In an effort to reward excellence and pay it forward Saj will be rewarding a student that comes first and scores more than 99.2% in their CPEA results. Spread the word and we look forward to seeing who will be the lucky recipient of this award!

Today, my heart is full.

Watching my son Saj stand before our young CPEA students—not just as the top performer, but as a voice of encouragement, discipline, and purpose—reminds me that excellence must always reach back and lift others forward.

As a father, I am proud. As a Vincentian, I am inspired.

Saj’s journey is not just about academic success; it is about commitment, humility, and the responsibility to lead by example. To every student preparing for CPEA: your greatness is within reach. Stay focused, stay grounded, and never stop believing in what is possible.

The future of St. Vincent and the Grenadines is in strong hands.

Confidence, discipline, teamwork and faith are lessons that will last far beyond today.

So proud of you, my little Brownie. Congrats to all. ❤️🙏🏽

I took a short break from social media to reset and refocus. Grateful for the time and the perspective. Now I am back. 😂😎
