A day to ask real questions, hear different stories, and see firsthand what a career in tech looks like. 👩‍💻

We think the best way to say “there’s a place for you here” is to actually show it.

We’re always exploring what’s next, learning, and connecting with others in the field through meetups, internal forums, and conversations with the community.

Because creating impactful AI means staying curious and close to where things are happening. 💡

March kept us busy, in the best way 💙

- For International Women’s Day, we shared a video with our Tryo girls on what inclusion in our industry should really look like.

- Got together for lunch, took a break from the day-to-day, and celebrated one of the gang’s birthdays.

- Movie nights, video games, sports, and the kind of weekly rituals we keep coming back to.

- Part of the gang joined Gartner Data & Analytics Summit, exchanging ideas on how AI is actually being built and used today.

February might be the shortest month of the year, but we made it count.

Generative AI gets interesting when the problems are real. 🧠

That’s where our GenAI Forum comes in. It’s one of our technical spaces, where the gang shares experiences, open questions, and approaches around Generative AI, grounded in real projects and real constraints.

💡 From AI safety and agent architectures to evaluation strategies, these conversations help us build shared context, challenge assumptions, and turn learnings into decisions that scale across teams and projects.

One of our favorite perks is the possibility of working from anywhere. 💻

From coastal spots to quieter corners, or even at the office, our gang keeps things moving from wherever they’re based (sometimes with a very good coworker by their side 🐾):

December gave us time together, and we made the most of it!

🌞 Our Summer Party brought the whole gang together for a weekend — teammates flying in from different places to reconnect, and enjoy being all in the same place.

🎯 Strategic Alignment Day (SAT) gave us the space to pause, refocus, and get on the same page about where we are, what we achieved, and what we’re aiming for next.

🤝 In between, plenty of shared moments: lunches, long conversations, and time well spent beyond the day-to-day.

We’re starting the year aligned, refreshed, and ready to see what’s next! 🚀
