We finally decided to try Sunkissed Coffeehouse's Chilaquiles. And, we both walked away satisfied.
The tortilla chips were lightly salted and their salsa was tasty but not too spicy. The dish comes topped with guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and chives.
They made it pretty quick, so it's perfect for foodies in the go. This dish was oh so good.

We finally got out to the Sunkissed Coffeehouse on the West End. I've been reading a lot of positives in their chilaquiles and we had to try them out.
I have to say they live up to the hype. The tortilla chips are lightly salted and their salsa is delicious. Their guacamole is pretty good and they top their chilaquiles with chives, cheese, and sour cream.
The dish was served pretty fast so it's perfect for people on the go.
