Dear DPE Employees,

We know getting new insurance cards has been quite stressful and we appreciate your patience. Here is the latest update on cards:

Transwestern - the new ones have shipped and will be distributed to supervisors as soon as they get here. We can request a temporary card for you, but these are not readily available. We have to request them from Transwestern and it usually takes a few hours to receive them. If you have an upcoming appointment please let us know ASAP so we can get you a temporary card if needed.

EMI Health - we do have digital copies of these available, the hard copies have also shipped and will be distributed to supervisors as soon as they get here. If you have an upcoming appointment we can give you a digital copy or give you the group # and member ID # to get them from the EMI Health app.

Dental/vision - WE HAVE THESE! They will be given to supervisors by Friday but if you need one before then, please reach out to the HR office.
